The Economicist is my blog about things I find online, how to make life easier, and the occasional (hopefully) relevant opinion. For more on that, learn by viewing some examples. Check out the front page itself by clicking here or on the blog title at the top of your screen.
The Economicist is a name that means almost nothing. After I shut down my first blogs, I struggled with finding a non-associated name that I could use and write under. Plenty of ideas came to me, but I eventually gave up trying. I told myself that the next idea I had would be the name I used. A few hours after telling myself that, I picked up an issue of The Economist. Suddenly, I had my blog’s name. If you came here looking for analyses of the current market or a blog about economists, not economics, then I’m sorry to disappoint you, but I don’t write about either of those very often. Still, don’t be shy. Any constructive feedback is welcome.
